About Event

The Yugam 2k26 is a flagship, national-level competition organized by the IEEE Student Branch of Kongu Engineering College (KEC).It is structured around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encouraging participants to develop innovative, technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges in key focus areas.

General Instruction:

Registration

Each participant may register for up to 3 events.
All team members must complete individual registration.
Maximum 3 members per team.
After registration, a Google Form will be shared to collect details regarding team formation and team size.

Communication & Updates

A common community group will be created.
The link will be shared via the registration confirmation email for updates and announcements.

Event Details

Problem statements will be based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Venues will be allocated to all participants.

Rules & Regulations

Participants are not permitted to leave the campus under any circumstances during the event.
Any team leaving the campus will be immediately eliminated.

Participant Requirements

Food and refreshments will be provided to all participants.
Participants must bring their own water bottles.
Arrangements will be made for water refilling.
Participants should bring an extension box and any other required essentials.
